See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many. Hebrews 12:15 Lord, help new believers around the world to recognize Satan’s deceitful tactics and the bitter root that will keep them in bondage. We pray against this root and ask in the mighty name of Jesus it not be allowed to manifest.

Ramadan Week 3: In a sun-scorched land

Temperatures in parts of Mauritania have gone up to the mid to high 40s (104-118 F) since Ramadan started. Many Mauritanians who fast from food and drink in this weather cannot afford adequate nourishment for their evening “break-fast” meal. There is also social pressure for nursing mothers and pregnant women to participate in the fasting, even though it is not considered required by the religion.

Lord, have mercy on your dear ones who are ultimately seeking to find secure refuge in Your love. Strengthen their bodies and breathe life into their spirits. May they know that the fasting that you seek is the kind that looses the chains of the oppressed.

“The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.” Isaiah 58:11

Ramadan Week 3: Pray for first encounters

In reply to the question: “Why are you fasting?” A Moroccan law student said: “ I always fast during Ramadan. Everyone is fasting.” It was a stretch for her to conceive of not simply fulfilling the requirements of a religion that she was steeped in.

Pray for young Moroccans like her, who are just beginning to grapple with the “why” questions about life and faith. Pray that God will courage and hunger to them, so that they will venture beyond the confines of religion, and say yes to an abiding relationship with Christ.

May this Ramadan be filled with first encounters with Jesus and may this song become the testimony of many Moroccans.

Fountains / J. Baldwin

I will never forget I met you
The moment you called my name
Pulled me out of the darkness
Gave me a promise
To never thirst again

All that I ever wanted
My heart has found in you
I have tasted life
Nothing satisfies
Like you do
The fount that won’t run dry
Nothing satisfies like you do

I want all that You offer
Your living water
Drink from the endless well
I will sit at your table
Forever grateful
Forever where You plan

All my fountains are in
All my hope is built on your love
All my fountains are in you
With every breath I live for you Lord

Father, we thank you for all the good plans you have for the people of Libya, plans to prosper and not to harm them. We ask for your standard against the plans of the enemy. May the arrows of Islam be headless and split apart.(Ps 58:7)

and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.”
Exodus 15:26

Cancer, Virus C, kidney failures, bones problems, liver failures, etc… are too common in Egypt. The health care system is not the best at all especially for Egyptians who can not afford it.

Abba Father we are grateful for the divine and natural healings among the people of Egypt. But we come before You desperate for more so much more. Abba many Egyptians are sick because of psychological and spiritual reasons. Abba heal the land of Egypt. Abba heal the people of Egypt.

Abba Father raise up Godly men and women to improve the health care system in Egypt and serve the people of Egypt

Abba Father raise up more godly men and women who will pursue Your promises for healing, signs and wonders. Answer the many questions that arise from past failures. Purify our teachings and doctrine from the seeds of the enemy. Holy Spirit we desperately cry out for breakthroughs. Jesus paid for it in full

In Jesus mighty name we ask. A m e n !

“And so we have the prophetic word confirmed which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;” —2 Peter 1:19 Lord Jesus, you are the Light of the world and the bright Morning star. May your light penetrate into the darkest places and rise in the hearts of thousands of Tunisians during Ramadan this year.

Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father?… No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:7-11 Focusing more on Jesus, make us keenly aware of how your children should live. As the Algerian people endure hardships, give them insight to see discipline and hardships will produce a harvest of righteousness and peace.

‘…for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things’. —Psalms 107:9 Lord Jesus, lover of all souls, increase the people’s hunger and thirst for real food and drink during Ramadan.

As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” Acts 9:3‭-‬4

It’s the first week of Ramadan, the month of fasting and worship for all Muslims around the world. In Egypt most Muslims, even nominal Muslims, are very diligent to commit to fasting.

Abba Father we ask for heavenly encounters with The Lord Jesus Christ, like you’ve encountered Saul on the road to Damascus. Let Your light shine around Egyptians of all the walks of life. Father we ask for supernatural encounters and natural encounters with Your love, power and redemptive grace.

Abba we cry out for more Sauls. Abba call Your sons and daughters out of Egypt again and again.

We bless Your all powerful name and thank You for hearing our prayers as we ask in the most excellent name, the mighty name of Jesus

A m e n !

"But the hour is coming and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." John 4:23-25 Lord Jesus, we pray for true worshipers amongst Muslim Background Believers (MBB) and non-MBB believers who are in a relationship with you. May their witness during Ramadan extend all over Tunisia.
